Purple Thistle 401K FBO Kelly Kitchens & FBO Marline Kitchens ("Company") is a marketing and technology company that provides guidance, tools, and related marketing services to homeowners selling their property without a real estate agent ("for sale by owner" or "FSBO"). Our offerings include expert guidance to help sellers position, price, and market their property; intelligent tools for property valuation, listing creation, and marketing/document tracking throughout the sale process; and a results guarantee applicable to plans purchased through the Company, as further described at the time of purchase. The Company is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not act as an agent, broker, or attorney on behalf of any buyer or seller. Services are provided to individual homeowners and property sellers seeking to manage and market their own sale while receiving professional support at key stages of the transaction. All orders, plan purchases, and service requests are subject to the additional terms set out elsewhere in this Agreement, including those governing fees, guarantee eligibility, and cancellations.
